Modern 2BR Capitol Hill Apartment w/ Balcony - 3 Min Walk to Metro!

Great location to easily get to monuments and museums by a quick metro ride. We annoyed the Roost pizza just down the street and made a short walk to the supermarket. Very clean apartment and I love having laundry. My husband and adult children enjoyed our stay!

The location was perfect to capital hill and the main museums. We chose mostly to rent bikes which was a lot of fun and were able to bike most anywhere from this location under 30 minutes and most of the time around 15 minutes. Plenty of restaurants nearby and felt very safe at this location. Would define recommend this place!

If you need it , bring it. Its pretty bare but nice ! It is alot of stairs ;)

The ac in our unit went out the day of our check in, and thanks to our wonderful host they had everything handled by the time we made it there to check in! They got in touch with us as soon as they were notified of the issue and got everything sorted within a few hours. Amazing communication and 10/10 simply for finding someone to come fix it on a 90 degree day in DC :)

This is a great location for visiting DC. Just a few minutes from a Metro station with easy access to the tourist areas, both airports, and Union Station (if you're arriving by Amtrak). It's also easy to find places to eat and buy groceries, with Trader Joe's just a short walk away. The unit was clean and inviting, and the hosts were helpful with a small issue that we experienced. All in all, I'd highly recommend this listing. We had a great stay.
