Place was great! Madison was super quick to respond to my messages. Place had everything we needed and had very easy access to the metro. Plenty of restaurants and groceries within walking distance. (The gluten free bakery right across the street was a huge bonus!) No balcony as was mentioned in the description, but no big deal. Would definitely recommend, but be ready for stairs!

The best thing about this 4th-floor walkup unit is the location - can't be beat for exploring the Cap Hill area and beyond (with super easy metro access). The kitchen is well-equipped; the bed is comfy; entry to both the building and the unit is seamless; communication with the host is excellent. For those wanting a solid base camp in SE DC, this is your ticket.

Just Right
This property is new, clean and well appointed, with a minimalist and comfortable style. Very quiet, comfortable bed and windows for natural light. Great location to Capital Mall, Museums, Navy Yard, Eastern Market and restaurants! We definitely stay again!
